Income Tax

Preparation Appointments available at the Center for Active Adults.

This course is a one hour total body strength and

flexibility workout. Emphasis will be placed on those

who do not have experience with traditional aerobics or

strength training. Proper body mechanics and movement

patterns will be closely monitored.

Mondays & Wednesdays: 12:45 pm - 1:45 pm,

$1.00

Exercise Class Donations to benefit the CAA.

Friday Exercise!

This class is member led by volun-teers and is modeled from the

Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists class offered at the Center for Active Adults. Come in for a light weight, and cardio work out. Get your

day started right with an invigorating workout. Advanced registration not needed,

this is a drop-in class.

Days: Fridays: 10:15 am - 11:15 am

Fee: $1.00

Yoga

This class is for those that already have a strong yoga practice, but can be adaptable to those who have mod-erate or beginner experience. We will deepen your postures, breath and calm your mind. Be willing to try new

poses and see how your body can continue to un-fold. Must be able to get up and down off the floor

Trips may be changed, added, filled or cancelled at any time. Sign up early to save your spot and ensure a trip will not be canceled! If something sounds interesting to you, come in to the center to grab a flyer and get all of the specific trip details. The flyers that travel companies provide are more specific than what we
