Cento Clothing Ltd, established in 2013, is a UK based manufacturing agency passionate about bringing new and in-novative brands to life. With a creative approach to product development and manufacturing, Cento provides a be-spoke range of services as we understand that no brand is ever the same. Whether it be design development, trademarking and branding or sampling and manufac-ture; our dedicated team are here to as-sist with all of your brand’s needs.

One of the initial stages of starting a brand is getting your ideas drawn up as professional designs. This is vital to en-suring our overseas factories fully under-stand every detail of the clothing needed and how to manufacture it.

Our in-house designers are fully qualified and experienced in industry standard design, and will help develop your initial ideas ready to start the sampling stage.

We can either work over email or you can book in for a 2 hour design meeting (££50GBP booking fee deposit which will be credited against your design invoice on the day).

Professionally drawn Initial Design

This service is for the creation of 1 original design idea in the form of an industry standard fashion flat drawing.

You’ll receive:

• £1 x colour cad - front and back design• £Pantones included• £Fabric recommendation This is a good option if you need to get your sketches/ideas professionally illustrated.

We would need from you:

• £A brief idea of your requirements plus some reference information/ images to use for inspiration• £Your target customer e.g. gender, age, market• £A brief overview of your brand and links to your social media pages to understand the identity and overall

vibe of your brand• £The season e.g. Autumn/Winter 2019• £Any colours you would like to see• £Any logos which must be included• £Any fonts required for logo/artworks on the garment

SERVICE COST: 75GBP (EXCLUDING VAT)

Professionally drawn Tech Pack

This service is for the creation of 1 industry standard tech pack from your provided fashion flat drawing (If you also need the fashion flat drawing then please see previous page for details on this).

You’ll receive:

• £ 1 x tech pack with front and back details• £ Technical info for manufacture - for the factory to understand how to construct the garment• £ Details of features and trims e.g. pockets, closures, seams, design elements• £ Fabric recommendation

This is suitable if you already have your idea professionally drawn as a fashion flat and need the technical information for a manufacturer or pattern cutter to work from. We would need from you:

• £ Your initial CAD – AI (Adobe Illustrator) format is best• £ £A brief idea of your requirements plus some reference information/ images to use for inspiration• £ Your target customer e.g. gender, age, market• £ A brief overview of your brand and links to your social media pages to understand the identity and

This service is for the creation of 1 full size chart that can be interpreted by the factory and pattern cutters to produce your bespoke garment.

You’ll receive:

• 1 x full size chart in all sizes you wish to manufacture (industry standard grading will be used)

This is suitable if you already have your idea professionally drawn as fashion flat’s and need the technical information for a manufacturer or pattern cutter to work from.

Industry standard Factory Pack

This service is for the creation of 1 design idea into a full factory standard pack.

You’ll receive:

• 1 x colour CAD - front and back design• £1 x tech pack with all the information for manufacture• £1 x sampling size chart Basically, you’ll receive a pack containing the complete design package. All elements are put together into 1 PDF binder called a Factory Pack. This is an essential requirement if you need to work with a factory for sampling and bulk order. It provides all of the information they need to provide an accurate quote and then to follow for samples and production.

This service is suitable for those who are ready for the bulk order to commence. The designs will be sent to the factory so they can produce the labels and tags to your specification ready to attach to the completed garments.
