the blended experience All blended programs contain in-class and online education. The elearning is delivered through the EZSigma Quality Campus™. These programs also include webinars, a software license for Process MA (for Six Sigma students) and Certification.

ONLINE EDUCATION Your online virtual classroom includes 6, 12 or 18 modules selected from the Lean and/or Six Sigma curriculum and outline elements of the DMAIC and/or Lean methodology. Your virtual classroom will also include supplemental readings, videos and assignments to reinforce the application of key tools and concepts.

WEBINARS There will be webinars included in your training program; a welcome & introduction webinar and the remaining webinars will discuss tools from your training program. These webinars will be hosted by a Master Black Belt.

IN-CLASS TRAINING You will have 3, 6, or 9 days of in-class training which will be held in Toronto ON. The first 3 days of in-class training focus on ‘Lean’ methodology. The following 3 days focus on ‘Six Sigma’ which includes ‘Define’, ‘Measure’, ‘Analyze’, ‘Improve’ and ‘Control’. The final 3 days of training focus on tools which are specific to those enrolled in a ‘Black Belt’ training program.

CERTIFICATION Your certification includes two (2) components after the completion of your training; The first requirement for Certification is the completion of one (1) Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement project or one (1) Lean Event. Please refer to the EZSigma Certification Outline Guide for specific details regarding the qualifications of Projects vs Events. The second requirement is the writing of the Certification Exam. The pass mark for this examination is 70%. The exam is "open book" and you can access all the materials and tools that you would normally have access to when

AWARDING OF CERTIFICATION Having successfully completed the preceding four (4) components of your learning plan, you will be awarded your Certification. A Certification certificate will be couriered to your address of choice

As a recent student of the e-zsigma Lean Green Belt, I found the

program to be fast paced, exciting and interactive. The teaching was

excellent, keeping topics relevant to my industry, healthcare. Sharing ideas with others and listening to their

problems and plans was very enlightening. As the program was

drawing to a close, I found the abundance of ideas and plans for future initiatives to be very motivational and readily applicable to a variety of home
