Per Arkansas Code §27-23-108(e)(1)(B), anyone applying for a new or renewed CDL must show proof of having completed the Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT) certification program.
The above certificate examples may serve as proof, in either physical form or digital form (such as a screenshot image) that the driver has completed this program.
A driver may have completed the course via the Truckload Carriers Association (A), the online TAT Certification Program (B & D), in a trucking school associated with the NAPFTDS (C), or via a trucking company (such as Walmart) (E). In the case of the last option, a driver may show a certificate that is co-branded with the TAT logo as well as their company logo.
