Parliament of the Youth Republic will be a kind of- not fully mean- supranationalorganization!!!

NO MARKET! X YES YOUTH DYNAMICSM!

In order to understand the answerof this question, primarily we haveto know all of these datas above!!!

Today’s world population = 6,800,500,000

Countries (amount)= 197 (sovereign)

Population of 16-25 ages= 1,020,075,000

(estimated)

(apprx.15%)

Organization’s Main Cadre:

The first need is, 197 young staterepresentative will be selected from allcandicates for representing all countries in thisparliament and create a bridge among allcontinents, countries and humankind!

‘’Local Council Cadres’’working mechanism:

Firstly, local websiteswill be created(independentlydependent to mainweb) and try to reachmore and moreyoung volunteermember (among 16-25 ages) !!!

Min. Purpose: toreach -at least-

150 countries out

of 197!!!

StateRepresentativestake place eitherin ‘’MainCouncil’’ or‘’LocalCouncil’’!!!

QUESTION:

JUST USING WEB IS ENOUGH TO REACH ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF YOUNG???? OF COURSE NOT !!!!

Until this point, wholeprocess ( selection of Main Council Cadre andLocal Council Cadres ) will be without anypayment!!!

So, time to seeLocal Council Cadres duties:

Every ‘Local CouncilCadre’ works upspreading in their owncountries and increasethe level of localinstitutionalization!

magazines, Radios & TVs, Reaching to non-

govermental organızatıons, Affords to reach

businessmens andbusıneswomans,

Organizing cultural, artisticand joyful events,

Facebook, Twitter, Myspaceetc,

Student clubs……

Finance:

As you know that creation stages of MainCouncil Cadres, Local Council Cadres, Memberships and Institutionalization of Main and Local Perspectives will be withoutpayment , willingness and expertise bases!

However, now ‘Parliament of the YouthRepublic’ achieved to become and seem a big, powerful, dynamic and affectiveorganisation.

So, we can start to finance now=)) HOW??

Finance:

Let’s assume:

Reached at least: 150 countries

Total member in each one (average): 500,000

150 x 500,000 = 75,000,000 total member

If every member pay just 1 Euro

in each month = 75,000,000 € (per month)

= 900,000,000 € (per year)

THIS IS NOT UTOPIA!!!

Extra (possible) financial resources:

State aids,

Bussines world supports,

Big organizations supports,

EU, UN possible funds etc…

%70 of Law representativeswill go to parliament directlyas a ‘Parliamentarian’, and%30 will take place in Parliament ControlMechanism- ‘’ Law & JudicialAffairs Council’’ !!!

Duties of Law & Judicial Affairs Council:

Prevent arbitrariness and inequity in theMain Council Cadre, Local Council Cadre, Local Councils, Membership organizationsand Parliament!!!

Work as a control mechanism!

Provide appeal right!

Propose dynamic law system forParliament of the Youth Republic ,and alsoseeking world position in the sense of judicial,social and political perspectives!

Duties of Parliament:

Support whole rights of WORLD YOUTH!

Create NEW bridges among YOUTH worldviews from all around!

Increasing expertise in each area!

Accelerating this world by the YOUTH Dynamics!

Minimize all social necessities!
