Client : Quest Diagnostics US

The project is based on Healthcare domain, which provides client with an application through which they can order different health related tests and view the results as a graphical and comprehensive PDF report with multi-language support (Reports in English, Spanish and Arabic languages). The orders are receive through portal and as well as bulk HL7 v2.3 messages. The application is multithreaded to handle bulk load.
Technologies:
Java 6 as backend, Multithreading, Drupal 5 front end, MySQL server 2005 DB, JDBC, JMeter for load testing.
Role: Java Developer
Team size: 3
Responsibilities:
• Proposing Database design• Following Agile/Scrum development standards• Developing a multithreading application for graphical PDF creation.• Code integration• Develop new features/enhancements and bug fixing in existing features.• Perform unit, integration testing.• Deployment of code in the Linux servers.
Project 2: Employer Wellness Report (EWR)
Client : Quest Diagnostics US
Description:
The project is the Quest diagnostics International EWR portal. This portal is used for registering users, creating events for each employer. On the basis of result received from LIS system, consolidated reports for employer with multi-language support (Reports in English, Spanish and Arabic languages) are created and displayed on the portal for the user.
Technologies:
Java 6 as backend, Drupal 5 front end, MySQL server 2005 DB, JDBC, JMeter for load testing.
Role: Java Developer

Responsibilities:
• Write design for enhancements, bug fixes, or new modules.• Task(s) analysis and estimation.• Develop assigned modules/new features/enhancements and bug fixing in existing features.• Perform unit, integration testing.• Coordinate with client testing team in the support activities.• Follow the defined processes/standards and escalate issues/ risks in time to immediate supervisors.• Prepared delivery patches and documentation.• Regular interaction with client. • Perform database modification for enhancements, bug fixes, or new modules.• Deployment of code in the Linux servers.

The project is based on automating the development and testing phase of SDLC. The framework was named CASA.

Responsibilities:• Build Automation with Jenkins. • Code review with integrated Sonar dashboard.• Test automation with Selenium.
Achievements:• Implemented CASA (Code Review Framework) in JAVA and .Net projects.
