TRUE WISDOM COMES FROM GOD

In verse 1 the Authorized Version (KJV) mentions "spiritual gifts meaning "things characterized or controlled by the Spirit." Spiritual gifts, then, are first of all things controlled or characterized by the Spirit.

James 3:13-17 Wisdom See It is the special gift whereby the Spirit endows particular Christians with an understanding of God's will and work as it relates to the living of life..

INVESTING AND TRUSTING IN A FRIENDSHIP, MAKES US

VULNERABLE

Friendship is, A growing relationship built

on love, honesty, trust, mutual respect, and shared interests

and values between two equally mature people who have no hidden agendas or

desires to control each other

THE FRIENDS YOU CHOOSE TO LET INTO YOUR LIFE WILL EITHER BUILD YOU UP AND ENCOURAGE YOU OR

PULL YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL OF IMMATURITY AND DISCOURAGEMENT

We know that friendship is essential to a healthy, successful life, however sometimes we allow

people to be our friends by default, just because of someone else we

accept them.

I AM VERY CAREFUL WHOM I CHOOSE TO HANG AROUND BECAUSE I KNOW THAT I INFLUENCE THEM AND THEY INFLUENCE ME. IT GOES BOTH WAYS, JUST AS NOT

EVERYONE IS GOOD FOR YOU, YOU AREN’T GOOD FOR EVERY PERSON. YOU MIGHT

HAVE STRUGGLES OR ISSUES THAT COULD INFLUENCE SOMEONE IN THE

WRONG DIRECTION.

ARE ALL “FRIENDS” FRIENDS?

At work you relate with other people on a mission, vision or responsibility. Deep intimate, vulnerable sharing is difficult in the workplace.

First, you can’t share your weaknesses or be totally honest because you fear these shortcomings cold be used against you.

Second, you probably see your co-workers only at work and don’t get the opportunity to connect at a deeper level.

Teachers, may be friendly to a student but they can’t be a peer. They’re in a position, not friendship.

Parents, can’t truly be their children’s fiends until they no longer have authority over them, only when your child has grown up and are makingtheir own decisions can you be friends, until then, your child needs a parent, NOT A BUDDY.

Your the only person on this earth who can be your childs true mother or father.

BEST IF USED BY ???????????

Many things such as milk, medicine, and batteries,

have an “EXPIRATION DATE”

A time when it’s no longer safe to have them around

Page 10: Change how you pick friends

SOME FRIENDSHIPS ALSO NEED TO HAVE AN EXPIRATION

DATE. IF YOU HANG ON TOO LONG IT MAY SOUR AND

BECOME DISTASTEFUL TO ONE OR BOTH PARTIES.

SOMETIMES, FRIENDS NEED TO MOVE ON..
