Charging water:

1. Health problems- you can "charge" the water with the sequences in this way:

• Always use a bottle or glass jar, preferably colored (blue, red, green), fill it and leave it

in the sun for an hour. Then close it. (When water is solarized always be kept closed).

• Write on a piece of paper the string of numbers you want to use and attach it to the

glass, the writing facing the inside of the bottle, or with a permanent marker write the

sequence directly on the glass.

 

• Drink water charged a little at a time. "
