Their Story
Charlotte and Michael had met in January 2010 online on a website called
Myspace.Charlotte was a student, Michael in the US Army.It was a love story
from the beginning.After meeting in person and getting to know one another,
they then had decieded to date, shortly after they knew it was love. Michael had
proposed to Charlotte in March of 2010 in Gig harbor, Washington. Her
engagement ring is a princess cut diamond on a silver band.

Ceremony Venue: The kelley Farm
Recommended reception venue:Red Cedar Farm
Style:A little Western, Southern charm, with a beautiful hint of
beach romance and beauty!
Colors:Pearl white, Neon Coral, blue, tan
Attire The bride will be wearing a white princess lace diamond ball gown with a
sweetheart neckline.The groom and groomsmen will be wearing a cowboy hat,
wranglers , cowboy boots,dress shirt and vest. The bridesmaids will be wear
coordinating sweetheart surprise lace strapless dresses.Flower girl will wear a
Coral chiffon dress. The ring bearer will wear same as groomsmen and groom.
Accessories The bride and bridesmaids will be wearing crystal swarovski ariel drop earrings.
The bride and groom’s wedding ring set is a 10k white gold trio set. The bride’
s shoes will be strappy peep toe platform wedges in coral color. Make up will be
shimmery and natural, hair will be worn down. Brides bouquet will be a
seashell mermaid coral bouquet.
Anticipation
Invitations will be printed on heavyweight 110lb card stock with
blue and coral ink. Save the dates will be sent 7 months in
advance using a rustic shabby lace burlap card.
Atmosphere - Ceremony
The ceremony will be held at The Kelly farm, located in Bonney Lake, WA.
This is the perfect venue for the bride and groom because it offers plenty of space, natural outdoor lighting
and goes with the colors and theme the bride and groom chose.
Beautiful chandelier and flower setting will be created and set onto an archway in colors bride and groom
chose.
Reception Venue
The wedding reception will be held at same location as ceremony ,
The Kelly farm.
Venue rental fee = $5,500.00 for 10 hours
Atmosphere - Reception
The cake table will have a special server and cake knife along with a
pearl white colored table cloth, western theme cake knife and server,
cowboy hat and rope toasting glasses.
There will be another table set up in the reception room, table will
have a tan and white burlap table cloth. This will be where gifts are
to be left for the bride and groom.
Atmosphere - Decorations
Guest tables will have tan and white burlap floor length table cloth,
with glasses filled with sand, shells, and a candle to set a peaceful
romantic feel. Tables will have sea shelled frames with couples photo.
Seating with be folding chairs with a burlap, lace tie around bow. A
sign will be put out that states sit where you like.
Arrival- Reception parking
Upon arriving to The Kelly farm ,parking is available to everyone.
Parking is free for the reception guest, it is also within walking
distance of the venue. When arriving to The Kelly Farm guest will
travel to the courtyard.
Arrival- Courtyard
Guest will sign a heart shaped piece of wood and drop it in a frame,
they then will take a mini bottle of whiskey. They then will be
welcomed over to the seating area, where they may sit as they please.
Children will be a part of this wedding, so for the children we will
give a juice box. These drinks provided will be the first drink of the
night.
Arrival of the bridal party
The bridal party will arrive before everyone else and get ready in the
bridal cottage. They be driven over by a limousine provided by
Tacoma Limo Service.
Appetite- Appetizers and alcohol
Food will be provided by the venue’s preferred caterer,Ram
international catering.
Tray appetizers include fruit, cheese, crackers.
Other Appetizers include, Amber Ale Cheese dip with flatbread and
tortilla chips, chicken skewers kalbi, bbq or peanut sauce.
The reception will include an open bar price based on consumption.
Appetite- Buffet The Reception will feature The Ram international Catering’s Premier Buffet. This will include:

Bruschetta with balsamic glaze mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, ciabatta.

Dijon parmesan crusted, marsala demi, lemon caper piccata.
Appetite- Cake
The wedding cake,baked by celebrity cakes, will be a by the sea
themed caked.
The vanilla cake will have a strawberry filling, only on the bride's
side and will be finished off with a fondant, gum paste and vanilla
frosting.
Amusement
Tacoma DJ Service will be keeping the reception organized and
entertain guests with music picked by the bride and groom. A wooden
dance floor will be centered to allow for visibility of all guest. Dining
tables will be around the dance floor , the buffet stations will be set up
in the back of the room. The DJ booth will be set up to the left of the
floor plan.
Appreciation
Wedding favors will be a beach theme candle with a tied on bag of
taffy.
Groomsmen gifts will be a mini bar in a jar.
Bridesmaids gifts will be silk ropes with monogram on the back to
where while having hair and makeup done. The bride will also wear
a matching robe. Thank you notes will be burlap, lace stationery.
