DOUGLAS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT

1. By September 13, 2013, WCA shall have a minimum of 350 intent to enrolls.

2. By the end of the January Open Enrollment period, WCA will have 276 full-time equivalent students (FTE), assigned to the various grade levels proposed in the charter school application to be served the first year, as validated by the District’s open enrollment process.

3. WCA shall submit to the Board, on or before February 14, 2014, a location, lease agreement, and an approved traffic plan for an appropriate charter school facility available for use on or before August 1, 2014.

4. WCA shall present a detailed budget for fiscal year 2014-2015, as well as a projected budget for the fiscal years of 2014-2018 to be approved by the District’s Chief Financial Officer on or before April 1, 2014.
