Some examples include: art, theatre, music, creative writing, PE, dance, etc. Note: As a transfer student, you may or may not have met this requirement. Slide 16 8 CULTURAL GROUPS & WOMEN Coursework in this area must recognize the contributions to American civilization, culture and knowledge that members of various cultural groups, women, and gay and lesbian people have made.
