OUR CONTINGENCY PLAN

ChemStation has taken steps both locally and nationally to deal with the Coronavirus (COVID‐19), regarding both our supply chain and internal employee wellness plan. We have established our supply chain for rawmaterials and will be stocking a 2‐4 week inventory of all vital products. We are limiting new sales of antibacterial hand soaps and sanitizers to ensure we can continue to care for our current customers’ needs first. We can facilitate orders provided everyone understands that lead times on most sanitizers are currently running three weeks.

Additionally, we have established a welfare program to separate the divisions of our company, as well as designating a section of our staff to work remotely. We are limiting our service staff’s visits at customers to deliveries, emergencies and repairs only for the near future. Our staff has been instructed to have limited integration with customers while on site.

If our Manufacturing Center(s) were to be compromised to the point where they could not make product deliveries, we would ship material to our customers from surrounding Manufacturing Centers until regular operations could begin again locally. Individuals from these locations and our corporate location in Dayton, OH are trained on operations functions and are available as backup in the event that the members of the local team are unable to perform daily operations. In the event of catastrophic failure, once a building could be sourced for operations, raw materials and equipment could be made available within two weeks so that the operation would resume fully.

We have a dedicated team managing our response and we will continue to provide updates as we learn more. Please know we are committed to standing with you during this uncertain time.
