sweet potatoes and banana (saba) and mixed with milk, crushed ice, and buko strips.

Chowking: Serves halo-halo with the mixture of milk, cushed ice, kaong, nata de coco
with colors of green and red, sweetened beans, macapuno, and ice. Ube ice cream and

halo per serving ranges from 65-85 pesos depending on the size and the number of
scoops of the ice cream.
Mang Inasal: Serves halo-halo with the mixture of creamy milk, crushed ice, sweetened
beans, caramelized bananas and macapuno. Ube ice cream and leche flan are placed
on the top. It is located at Ace Centerpoint, City of Koronadal. The price per serving
ranges from 45-65 pesos depending on the size of the order.

years are already knowledgeable of the wants of the students for they have
experience of being students and have observed the wants of their fellow students.
The owners are fond of eating halo-halo and have tasted different kinds of halo-
halo on different places, thus, they have the idea on what are the ingredients that
would create a delicious halo-halo dish with a twist, and that is CHOLO (chocolate
halo-halo).
The owners will create a comfortable, fun environment wherein the customers
can be able to relax and at the same time enjoy while eating their halo-halo.
The customers will be treated carefully and respectfully by servers and staff, who
always have smiles on their faces and stop at nothing to make sure the customers
are happy.
The owners ensure that the kitchen where the halo-halo is prepared is properly
sanitized and have the appropriate equipment where the ingredients are stored in
order to avoid spoilage.
The major ingredients of CHOLO’s halo-halo are unique and cannot be seen or
tasted from the halo-halo of the competitors.

home-made. The banana, jackfruit and melon are produced and harvested from the
farm of the owners. The chocolates used for chocolate chips, sticks and syrup are
delicious and of quality. The sago and creamy milk are ordered from trusted suppliers.

Our targeted customers are the following:
Notre Dame of Marbel University students: Notre Dame of Marbel University is
located at Alunan Avenue, Koronadal City. It has two gates where the students could
pass. One is located at Alunan Avenue and the other one is located at Pantua Village.
The number of students enrolled at NDMU is approximately 3,000 and the age ranges
from 16-22 years old. The favourite past time of the students during their break time is
eating comfort foods such as desserts, shakes, ice cream and street foods.
High School students from Notre Dame-Siena School of Marbel: ND-SSM is also
located at Alunan Avenue, Koronadal City. The number of High school students from
ND-SSM is approximately 1,500 and the age ranges from 12-16 years old. Teenage
year is the age where the children wanted to explore new things. ND-SSM students are
frequently seen at tea shops at Pantua Village. They seek for a place where they could
cool down and bond as a group.
Boarders of Pantua Village: They are composed of professionals and students who
are boarding at Pantua Village. There are approximately 500 of them and the age
ranges from 16 and above. Their numbers increase especially during class and working
days. During their free time, they find relaxation by eating food from restaurants, tea
shops and other stalls at Pantua Village.
Residents of Pantua Village: The approximate number of the residents of Pantua
Village is 1,000. They are composed of people with different age groups (from children
to old people).
The people of Koronadal: They are those people who wish to try and have cravings for
a new halo-halo dish and those who are dessert lovers.
CHOLO could attract our target customers by offering unique and delicious halo-halo
