In only 30 minutes, this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout uses a variety of body-weight exercises to crank up your cardiovascularfitness and speed giving you the challenge and intensity needed to get results fast.

When you're looking to sculpt your body, this class brings in free weights and high reps to tone muscles andboost cardio at the same time.
