The complexity and content of a message on the web shop is very simple, this makes it easy for consumers to understand. In contrary to normal stores, ModeMusthaves is not able to provide personal, face-to-face services by using aural and visual cues when making a sale. It is a fact that: the larger the audience reached, the less rich the message.

7. Personalization, customization: I think the site implements this feature poorly because none of the products can be personalized. Although the items are all high fashion, there’s no extra customization possible. Maybe this could change in the future to improve the site.
