According to the college's founder, Dr. Warren H. Carroll, the primary goal of Christendom College is to form lay apostles so that they can go out into the world as knowledgeable, committed Roman Catholics, and work in the professional world, giving witness to the Truth and helping to make the culture around them to be more Christ-like. In short, to work "to restore all things in Christ." Since the first graduating class of 1980, Christendom alumni have been living in the world, but not of the world, as lay apostles, working in every field possible: IT, marketing, media, education, politics, healthcare, finance, military, administration, law, government, business, research, engineering, software development, and more. Additionally, hundreds of alumni have entered their chosen vocations to the priesthood, religious life, or married life where they are helping to educate, raise, and pray for the next generation of Catholic men and women. Armed with their rigorous liberal arts educations, and steeped in Truth, they are making their mark on the Church and the world, helping to restore the culture and to bring the Truth to the world through their daily lives. “I always think that the ultimate test of the excellence of a Catholic college is the quality of Faith in Christ and in His Church of the alumni, and Christendom certainly stands out in that regard.”

– Raymond Cardinal Burke

Parents say....“More importantly, besides our children receiving an excellent educa-tion, they received an education that will help them spiritually, help them be better, holy men and women, be able to defend and share their faith no matter what career they are involved with, and become parents who are able to raise children who are knowledgeable in their Catholic faith.” - Mr. & Mrs. Dennis Akers (sent all 6 of their children)

We have witnessed our children blossom in their faith before our eyes – not just in their knowledge of the faith, but actually putting their faith into action. There is nothing more joyful than to see this beautiful growth in our children as they begin to live their adult lives.” - Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Cook (sent 5 children)

“Christendom has meant everything to our family! All 7 of our chil-dren (5 boys and 2 girls) have left our home state of Florida and en-rolled in Christendom. And…. they all did so voluntarily! Four have since married, after having met their future spouses at Christendom.” - Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lancaster (sent all 7 of their children)

“With our current culture, I am thankful that the values we in-stilled in our children were fostered at Christendom and have been carried into their adult lives. Christendom College isn’t just a college, it is a family and we are so thankful to be a part of it.” - Mr. & Mrs. Jaques LaRochelle (sent all 4 of their children)

"Many parents ask themselves, ‘Why did my children lose their faith during their college years? What could I have done differently?’ Sending them to Christendom gives them the best chance of holding on to and growing in the Catholic faith...It’s the best decision we made in raising our children.” - Mr. and Mrs. Thomas McFadden (Sent all 6 of their children)

“While it’s evident that each of our children has grown intellectually during their time at Christendom, their faith has been supported and edified through daily Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, frequent confession, and First Friday devotions. Friendships with holy, like-minded classmates and their families have enriched their lives and our family life exponen-tially. We would not consider sending our children to any other college.“ - Mr. & Mrs. Joseph McLaughlin (sent 5 of their children)

“There is no college I would recommend more highly than Chris-tendom for those seeking a challenging college which is so or-ganically geared toward developing strong minds, characters, and souls. As an integral bonus, the deep friendships which re-sult from immersion in such an atmosphere endure a lifetime.” - Mr. & Mrs. Gary Schuberg (sent 4 of their children)
