This year we’ve made having your Christmas party at Mail Rail simple. Whether you are having a drinks reception or a sit down dinner, the package price is the same for everyone. Circular Mirror Bar - £1,650 +VAT This bar works brilliantly in the middle of the main depot space, with ample room for a festive centre piece.
Semi-Circle Mirror Bar – £1,230 +VAT This bar works brilliantly against the side wall. Straight Mirror Bar – £490 +VAT This 8ft long mirrored bar is a brilliant alternative to the curved bar, with built in downlighting to make it the perfect smaller feature bar in your event.
Mirrored Poseur Tables - £45 +VAT With a festive table decoration to finish them off appropriately, these mirrored poseur tables really reflect the light.

We are happy to accommodate any acts you wish to have perform at your festive event, however we require a technical rider so that we can best assess how to be of service. There are many options to transform the space for a live act, these include: Staging for acts and bands Stage lighting and audio systems We will create a bespoke quotation for you, based on your exact needs.

A dance floor is a must if you want to make sure that the party never stops and the main depot space lends itself perfectly to having one right in the middle of it. We have a range of different styles of dance floors and different sizes depending on the amount of guests that will be attending your event. Please feel free to ask us for more information.
