THE NEXT STEPS
Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of £15.00 per person to secure the booking, due within seven days of holding the date. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Booking forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payment. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders by four weeks prior to the event you are attending. Once full payment has been received no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.

Dust off your dancing shoes and celebrate the festive season with friends and colleagues. Gather in the Gateshead Foyer at 7:00pm for a sparkling cocktail, followed by a superb four-course dinner at 7:30pm. Enjoy the party atmosphere with live entertainment from Super Nova and then dance the night away with our resident DJ. The bar closes at 1:00am, with carriages at 1:30am.

Christmas starts here! Join us to celebrate, eat good food and mix in great company at our Disco Party Nights. CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS PARTY GATESHEAD SUITE
A chance for your children to wear their party outfits and celebrate Christmas in style. Mingle from Noon onwards in the Gateshead Suite Foyer before the festivities begin at 12:30pm.
During the afternoon, children and adults alike will be entertained by face painting, magic, giant toys and balloon modelling whilst enjoying a disco by our resident DJ. After a buffet lunch is served at 1:00pm, be sure to keep an eye out for Father Christmas who may make a surprise visit!
Expect hats, crackers and novelties for everyone and of course, a present for the children from Santa Claus.
The event will close at 4:00pm.

Add a little decadence to your Christmas celebrations and join our Champagne Christmas Afternoon Tea festive gatherings.
Enjoy seasonal sandwiches, Chefs’ speciality scones with brandy clotted cream and yuletide fancies. All accompanied by your choice of festive tipple – will it be champagne or mulled wine?
Or alternatively, we serve Christmas Afternoon Tea in our Lounge throughout December.

FESTIVE DININGWINDOWS ON THE TYNE RESTAURANT
For a more relaxed yet traditional festive dining experience in informal surroundings, join us in Windows on the Tyne Restaurant. Gather for a cocktail reception in Windows Bar from 7:00pm before enjoying a superb four-course dinner in a festive ambience with entertainment until Midnight. On Friday evenings, enjoy the smooth tones of Josh McLean and on Saturdays be entertained by the superb North East pianist Charles Gordon. This is a great alternative to the traditional Winter Wonderland Christmas Party.

Today is a time for families and friends, for great food and a good deal of merriment. On arrival, just relax and enjoy a champagne cocktail and canapés whilst taking in the uniquely picturesque views of Newcastle’s most famous bridges and buildings. Charles Gordon will play you through the Christmas classics. Expect hats, crackers and novelties for everyone and a visit from You Know Who with presents for all the children. Lunch will be served from 12:30pm until 3:30pm.

GATESHEAD SUITE
See in the New Year with a little sparkle at our Midnight Diamond Ball. Make your grand entrance on our red carpet and have your photograph taken before joining us for a champagne cocktail reception at 7:00pm, with dinner served at 7:30pm. Enjoy fabulous entertainment from Super Nova, welcome in the New Year with our superb Piper and then dance the night away with our resident DJ until 2:00am.

WINDOWS ON THE TYNE RESTAURANT
Following last year’s sell-out New Year’s Eve celebration, be sure to book your place early this festive season. Add sparkle to your celebrations with our buzzing ambience, tasty food, intoxicating tipples and enough cheer to last well into 2015. Your New Year celebrations start with a champagne cocktail on arrival in our Lounge from 7:00pm, followed by a superb six-course dinner served from 7:30pm until 9:00pm.
Live entertainment provided by Charles Gordon will keep everyone on their toes until it is time to welcome in the New Year with our Piper, followed by dancing until 1:00am. The evening will be a truly memorable event for all the family.
