CHRISTOFF BUILDING

(Dublin, Ohio) Christoff Land & Development has completed construction on a new retail development on 6465 Sawmill Road in Dublin, Ohio. The redevelopment project required demolition of an existing vacant home, compacting of soil/gravel for basement fill and extensive sitework. In addition, the commercial building was the first to be completed following the adoption of the Bridge Street District zoning regulations.
