This week’s Chef’s features honor and recognize the hardworking Mexican immigrant men and women who have made up the face and backbone of Chicago’s vibrant dining and hospitality scene for decades. We happily and humbly offer this menu in respect to the crossing and collaboration of Mexican and American cultures. We are donating $1 for every ordered item off this menu to Centro Romero. CR is a 30 year old, Chicago NFP, respected for their work with immigrant families.
