OVERVIEW Citrix Online

Citrix Online offers industry-leading Web-based access, support and collabo-ration software and services. Our products brought revenues of $262 million in 2008 and continued to be in strong demand through 2009.

Based in Santa Barbara, California, we currently have approximately 750 employees worldwide, with a growing presence in the UK, Europe, Latin America and the Pacific Rim.

In 2004 we became a division of Fort Lauderdale-based Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS). With customers that include 99 percent of the Fortune Global 500, as well as hundreds of thousands of small businesses and prosumers, Citrix reached annual revenues of $1.61 billion in 2009.

Citrix Online meets the needs of three distinct users:

• Enterprise – Large corporations

Key vertical markets for our products include technology and software, com-munications, healthcare and hospitals, finance and banking and state and local governmental agencies. GoToTraining™ enables trainers to conduct online training sessions – includ-ing registration, tests and downloadable materials – with participants in any location. Flat-fee rates make it easy and affordable for users to move their training curriculum online.

GoView® Beta provides a simple way to record, edit and share screen presentations, including audio. This product is currently available for free.

Citrix Online Audio, LLC, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Citrix Online, LLC, based in Hoboken, New Jersey.
