SmART Space Ages 5-12EYE-POPPING ART: What’s “popular” in our time? Campers will create their own interpretations of Pop Art through the study of famous Pop Artists from the 1950’s and 60’s. The wacky colors, exag-gerated proportions, and dynamic designs will inspire our origi-nal creations. On Wednesday afternoon, family and friends are invited to celebrate the artwork in our Student Art Show. Each action-packed camp day includes specialized art work-shops, as well as imagination games, and outdoor play; all to make for a fun-filled Arts Experience. All workshops are taught by professional teaching artists. Instructors use a variety of teach-ing methods to stimulate imaginations while continuously cultivat-ing creative expression, confidence, self-discovery and respect for others.
