B) Martensville Community Access Centre Kristee Lynn Adrian – Coordinator, Kristy Heinbigner – Board Member and Brad Blixt – Board Member of the Martensville Community Access Centre presented to City Council a proposal for a Funding Partnership. Board Member Blixt, gave a brief presentation on the history of the MCAC and all the programs they are currently involved with. One area they are currently working on is establishing The Martensville Business Association. It was noted that MCAC relies on funding to run the centre and that funding is running out. MCAC is looking to establish a Partnership with the City of Martensville to fund the centre. City Administration explained that deliberations for the 2015 Budget have begun and the City is unable to commit any funds until that process is complete. MCAC was encouraged to send any additional information to the City Manager that they feel may be of importance. Mayor Muench, publicly thanked the Martensville Community Access Centre for all the work they have done in the past for the community and the work they continue to do. BYLAW NO. 31-2014

A BYLAW OF THE CITY OF MARTENSVILLE TO AMEND THE ECONOMIC

DEVELOPMENT TAX EXEMPTION BYLAW The Council of the City of Martensville in the Province of Saskatchewan, pursuant to Section 262 (4) of The Cities Act enacts as follows:

1. The Economic Development Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 19-2012 is amended by:

a) Deleting Schedule “A” and substituting Schedule “A” Economic Development Tax

Exemption Agreements, as attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.

2. Bylaw No. 23-2014 is hereby repealed.

3. This Bylaw shall come into effect upon final passage of Council.
