A. The following Historic Preservation items were administratively approved (“Streamlined”) between April 26 and May 27, 2008.

AGENDA ITEM #1 CASE NUMBER: COA 08-09mm ADDRESS: 40 Snell Isle Boulevard Northeast LANDMARK: St. Petersburg Woman’s Club (HPC 88-03) OWNER: St. Petersburg Woman’s Club AGENT: Patricia Bonanno CONDITIONS: All windows must be set back within the wall and include exterior, three-

dimensional muntins. French doors are not required to utilize exterior, three-dimensional muntins.

REQUEST: Replace all jalousie windows with casement windows. Replace deteriorated

French doors with double-paned French doors.

REQUEST: Install a walkway on the eroded north side of the mound consisting of fill that is

a culturally-sterile sand and mulch that is retained by timber placed laterally every two feet and kept in place with stakes. Plant native ground cover adjacent to the walkway to limit further erosion.
