CITYWEST HOMES Various across Westminster CLIENT: CITYWEST HOMES VALUE: £790,000 CONTRACT PERIOD: 29 WEEKS HOUSING Borras’ Social Housing Division completed this extensive kitchen & bathroom scheme for CityWest Homes over a 29 week long period. The project which was completed by our specialist Social Housing Division incorporated the upgrading and refurbishment to 118 properties across the Borough, all of which remained in full occupation throughout. Following kitchen surveys and resident consultation meetings to determine preferences of colour and style properties received a range of works including new flooring, tiling, units, worktops and plumbing. Dedicated Resident Liaison Officers were contactable at all times to answer any queries and issues and to keep all residents informed about the progress of works. The busy City centre location meant parking and access to all properties was limited, an issue which was avoided through careful planning before works commenced. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and all your team for the sterling work you did installing my kitchen. No problem seemed too big to deal with. N. Herriot - Resident Priness Mary House

Borras’ Social Housing Division completed this extensive kitchen &

bathroom scheme for CityWest Homes over a 29 week long period.

The project which was completed by our specialist Social Housing

Division incorporated the upgrading and refurbishment to 118

properties across the Borough, all of which remained in full

occupation throughout.

Following kitchen surveys and resident consultation meetings to

determine preferences of colour and style properties received a

range of works including new flooring, tiling, units, worktops and

plumbing.

Dedicated Resident Liaison Officers were contactable at all times to

answer any queries and issues and to keep all residents informed

about the progress of works.

The busy City centre location meant parking and access to all

properties was limited, an issue which was avoided through careful

planning before works commenced.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and all your team for the sterling work you did installing my kitchen. No problem seemed too big to deal

with.
