Job rotation Implies the moving of employees from job to job with out any change in the job , in case of job rotation the employees perform a different jobs , but of the same nature .

Job enrichment involves adding motivation factors to job, it is a vertical expansion of a job by adding more responsibility and freedom to do it.

It is a type of improvement in the context of the job , which may give a worker more challenge, more opportunity of growth and more chance to contribute his ideas.
