No vandalism. 6. Do not steal. 7. Always wear your school uniform. 8. Respect your teachers and classmates/schoolmates. 9. Avoid PDA (Public Display of Affection) inside the classroom. 10. Avoid speaking bad words. 11. Avoid throwing your garbage anywhere, especially inside the classroom. 12. Clean your assigned area industriously and cheerfully.

In order for the School, and the home can be better partners in the promotion of quality, effective and efficient secondary education: to show our care and interest in the future of our students, the following guidelines are hereby disseminated requesting from the parents and compliance from the students. The guidelines rules and regulations of the Department of Education. Section 14-154. Part VI. Chapter II DECS Service Manual 2000:

SEC 1 Authority to maintain school discipline (D.O. No. 92 S.1992.pp22-23)SEC11.2 Suspension/Expulsion (se.145-151, Part VI Chapter III. Service Manual 189)

1. For first offense offender and serious-three days suspension.

2. For persistent offender and serious offense-one year suspension, subject to the approval of the Superintendent.

3. Expulsion for more than one year the Secretary approves.

4. In all cases of suspension, a written promise of future exemplary Conduct is signed by the students and countersigned by the parents/guardian shall be

required as a condition to readmission and suspension for more than 3 days.

5. Offense punishable by suspension or expulsion depending on the seriousness of the offense.

5.1. Gross misconduct.5.2. Cheating and/or stealing.5.3. Assaulting a teacher or any other school

personnel/authority or his agents or students.5.4. Smoking inside the school campus.5.5. Vandalism, writing on or destroying school

property like chairs, tables, windows, books, laboratory equipments and other.

5.6. Gambling of any sort.5.7. Drinking of intoxicants or liquors.5.8. Crrying and/or concealing deadly weapons.5.9. Fighting or causing injury to others5.10. Using possession and selling of prohibited

drugs.5.11. Hazing of any from whether committed insideor

outside the school campus.5.12. Immorality/sexual harassment.5.13. Instigating leading or participating in concerted

activities leading to stoppage of classes.5.14. Preventing threatening students of faculty

members of school authorities from performing/discharges their duties or from attending classes or entering school premises.

SEC1.2.1 Regularity of attendance and punctuality are required in all cases.SEC1.2.2 Attendance of students to religious activities is allowed with the permission of the school head.SEC1.2.3 Absences of students of more than 20% of prescribe # of classes laboratory period during the schoo year will be given failed marks.SEC1.2.4 Habitual tardiness during the first period in the morning and the first in the afternoon shall not be allowed. Parents can be called or home visitation is required .

SEC1.3 SCHOOL UNIFORM1.3.1 School uniform shall be required for all students. Shoes are also included.1.3.2 All students shall be required to wear the official School ID in the campus.1.3.3 The prescribed haircut for boys is required.
