• Classroom rules and regulationsHomework policy

• The HW grade is the actual percentage of HW completed, counting as three test grades.

• Example: 8 out of 10 assignments = 80%

• Homework will be checked each time it is assigned. HW must be completed entirely to receive credit.

• There is no "partial credit"!

• HW missed due to absence may be made up within a reasonable amount of time to be negotiated upon return. Students who are present on the day an assignment is given are to be prepared to submit it the day of return.

• Students will be tested on the contents of their notebooks at the end of each marking period.

• The test will be timed.• The notebook test grade will be worth three test grades. • Students not present on the day of the notebook test may

have their notebooks graded individually on appearance, content and organization if there is no time available to schedule a makeup test.
