Visiting/Observing Classrooms:

The first part of each school day Is used to review expectations, set goals for the day and toprovide Intensive Intervention and enrichment. As a result, from 9:15 until 10:30 dally, visitsto classrooms must be by appointment only.

Ages 3-6 (Preschool and Kindergarten) Famil ies:

Families of preschool and kindergarten students are asked to make appointments in advancewith their children's teachers about dates and times for classroom visits/observations, evenb e t w e e n 9 : 1 5 a n d 1 0 : 3 0 .

Ages 6-9 and 9-12 (Grades 1-6) Families:

Families of students in 1̂ ' through 6̂ *̂ grades may visit/observe in their children's classroomswithout making an appointment. Classroom visits/observations do not Include conferencingwith the teacher. Before a 6-9 or 9-12 family member is authorized to visit a classroom, theoffice staff will call the teacher to ensure that it is an appropriate time for a visitor. Thevisitation/observation will only be denied if the teacher indicates that there is concern with av is i to r a t tha t t ime.

L u n c h T i m e V i s i t s :

Due to limited time and space, 3-6 families are unable to eat lunch with their children.

6-9 and 9-12 families may come to eat lunch with their children at any time. If bringing food foryour child, please bring healthy food choices. Families may purchase meals in the lunchroom ifthey wish.
