• The first ever Climb for Cancer took place at Northern Lights Estate Winery orchard on April 23rd 2016.

In the first two years, the Climb for Cancer has raised $57 thousand dollars for the KordybanLodge.

We expect between 300‐500 participants. 

Participants arrive between 12‐4pm at the winery orchard. The climb requires approx. 30 minutes to complete

Up the Cutbanks

We would like to encourage everyone to sign up for the event early and get teams together to help fundraise. 

Individuals can participate by,• Registering as a team. Have 5‐20 friends, family and co‐workers join 

your team at the same site• Each person could fundraise $5‐$500 towards the cause easily online or 

in person• Practice the Cut Banks hill climb in advance for even more fun• Come enjoy the event on April 21st

• Those interested in taking up the challenge are encouraged to pre‐register by visiting the Climb for Cancer Prince George website.

Kordyban Lodge in Prince George,  offers a home away from home for those  receiving treatment while on  their own personal  cancer journey.    With  36 beds,  three meals a day, and the  opportunity to be among others who  are  on the same journey,  it is  a place that  offers warmth, comfort and  support 

during a  very difficult time.

$55 helps covar the coat of on• night at the Kordyban Lodge A home ,away "from home for those" undergoing treatment.

• Initiatives this year include more youth participation, more participation from the fitness community and more participation from out of town residents.
