Abstract
Pediculosis is an infestation of the skin by lice. It is contagious and unpleasant because of the pruritus that results from it. It is usually a mild infestation. The communities of school-age children are the most affected. The disease sometimes evolves there in an epidemic mode. Adults can be affected more sporadically. Reporting to us an adulated case of cutaneous pediculosis with videodermoscopy.

Case Report
We report the case of a 28-year-old male presence of excoriated lesions at the trunk and limbs regions, secondary to an infestation of Pediculus humanus corporis on his entire body (Figure 1). Dermoscopy helped to diagnose pediculosis by showing large number of nits, nymphs and lice on the pillaging areas as well as on the genital area (Figure 2, Video).
Body pediculosis is an old disease or ectoparasotosis that has affected humanity throughout its existence [1]. Corpiculous pediculosis manifests itself in the form of post-scratching and urticarial lesions or sometimes of papules and streaks of blood secondary to friction, mainly on the trunk, abdomen and buttocks, as well as excoriations and lichenification [2]. Entodermoscopy or dermoscopy is a useful tool in the diagnosis and follow-up of the treatment of pediculosis, because it identifies Pediculus humanus corporis in detail on all sites infected with lice [3].
