This Registered Detail relates to The Sanitary Ware Company’s Close Coupled 'Doc M' Pack, a kit of w.c. fittings meeting

Approved Document M of the Building Regulations including sanitaryware, brassware and fittings. Additional items are

required for full compliance. The kit and layout is only suitable where it is not the only toilet in the building.

Additional items will be required to those supplied in the kit to achieve full part M compliance.

A shelf approximately 400mm wide and 200mm deep, set at 700mm above the floor should be provided adjacent to the

washbasin and away from the wheelchair manoeuvring area.

LABC consider that, The Sanitaryware’s Close Coupled 'Doc M' Pack, will meet the functional

requirements of the Building Regulations (listed below) if the criteria detailed in this certificate are met;
