Trophy Banquet and Membership Meeting January 21, 2018
The meeting commenced at 4:30
Terry Thornton reports that there will be an obedience fun match on Friday afternoon following the
Western Regional March 23, 2018 around 4:30 after High in Trial. Volunteers are needed.
David Brown reports that the Independent Specialty on Thursday March 22, 2018 will start at 4:00. It will
not include Sweeps. Due to time limitations a second judge may be required to finish judging by 11:00
pm.
Team obedience at 3:00 or after on Friday.
Terry Thornton reported that obedience will begin at 1:00 on Thursday March 22, 2018.
The advertising for the Independent Specialty and Western Regional catalogue is 50.00 a page or $25 for
half page ads. You can build your own ad or Onofrio will build it for you. Everything needs to be in to
Barbara Brown by February 15, 2018.
We need more trophy sponsors for the Western Regional and Independent Specialty. Contact Barbara
Brown for further information.
Fast Cat next weekend is a big success with about 142 entries.
The Agility Trial on February 23, 24, 25, still needs volunteers on Friday and Saturday.
Welcome Penny and JJ Moore as our new members.
A new application was read for Claudia and Marlo Grayson who have four goldens.
Dawn will have new bags made for trophies and have them embroidered. The club voted to cover the
cost.
Melissa Kato who lost her battle with cancer on October 20, 2017 was honored for her friendship and her
dedication to goldens.
