This document contains most of the necessary parameters and machine data for the commissioning of the Lehmann turntable. PLC data are not included, they must be prepared by the machine

manufacturer. With these parameters, the turntable works on our test bench with SIEMENS 840D well. For any damages arising from use of the parameters outlined below assumes no liability to

company LEHMANN.Achtung:

Dieses Dokument enthält die meisten notwendigen Maschinendaten für die Inbetriebnahme des Lehmann-Drehtisches. PLC-Daten sind keine enthalten, dies muss durch den Maschinenhersteller vorbereitet werden. Mit diesen Parameter funktionierte die Achse auf unserem Siemens-840D-Prüfstand. Für allfällige Schäden, welche durch die Benutzung der unten aufgeführten Parameter entstehen, übernimmt die Firma LEHMANN keine Haftung.

when the corresponding action is performed according to 'Siemens-parameter-

Note': Je nach dem welcher Parameter verändert wird, wird die Änderung erst aktiv wenn die entsprechende Handlung gemäss Siemens-Parameter-Hinweis ausgeführt wird:

Note:

a) These data have to be set per axis.

b) The easiest way to start is, to choose "foreign motor (2000)". Then be sure, the correct drive parameters

(shaded in gray) are new entered.

c) After, necessarily the soft key "calculate controller data" must be operated.

Ablauf Parametierung

1. Festlegen Einsatztyp: "Usual, Catalog, Max.Load")2.Allgemeine MD / Kanal MD3.. Antriebs MD • Diese Daten sind pro Achse zu konfigurieren. • Als Ausgangslage wählt man am einfachsten vorab den "Fremdmotor (2000)" an. Danach werden die grau hinterlegten Antriebsparameter zwingend benötigt. • Nach der Eingabe der Parameter muss zwingend der Softkey "Reglerdaten berechnen" betätigt werden.4. Achs MDSupported angular position measuring systems:

RON28x = RON285 / 287 (incremental 1Vss)

RCN22x = RCN226 / RCN228 (absolut, EnDat 02 (with 1Vpp Signals))

RCNx29 = RCN729 / RCN829 (absolut, EnDat 02 (with 1Vpp Signals))
