Please note!The grinding adjustment knob must only be tur-ned when the coee mill is in operation

button Hot water fows out o the coeespouts and heats the internal circuit o the

machine so that the coee delivered will behotter warm the cups with hot water (using the hot

water unction); select the high coffee temperature in the

menu

as they could stick to the coee mill and make itunusable1 Fill the container with coee beans (g 13)2 Place under the coee spouts:

1 Check regularly (about once a week) that theinside o the appliance (accessible ater re-

moving the drip tray) is not dirtyI necessary, remove coee deposits with thebrush and a sponge

2 Remove the residues with a vacuum cleaner(g 25)

once a month and whenever you replace thewater sotener lter (i provided) with a damp

2 Remove the water tank3 Open the inuser door (g 27) on the rightside

4 Press the two red release buttons inwardsand at the same time pull the inuser ou-twards (g 28)

Important!RINSE WITH WATER ONLYNO WASHING UP LIQUID - NO DISH WA-SHERClean the inuser without using washing upliquid as it could be damaged

5 Soak the inuser in water or about 5 minu-tes, then rinse under the tap

6 Use the brush to remove any coee residueslet in the inuser housing, visible throughthe inuser door

7 Ater cleaning, replace the inuser by slidingit onto the internal support, then push thePUSH symbol ully in until it clicks into pla-

ce

Please note!

I the inuser is dicult to insert, beore inser-tion, adapt it to the right size by pressing the twolevers shown in the gure

7 Once inserted, make sure the two red but-tons have snapped out

8 Close the inuser door9 Replace the water tank

DesCAleDescale the appliance when the light on thecontrol panel fashes

Important!Descaler contains acids which may irritate the

skin and eyesIt is vital to respect the manuacturers saetywarnings given on the descaler pack and thewarnings relating to the procedure to ollow inthe event o contact with the skin and eyes

Please note!Use DeLonghi descaler onlyUnder no circumstances should you use sulpha-mic or acetic based descalers Their use invalida-tes the guaranteeFailure to descale the appliance as described alsoinvalidates the guarantee1 Turn the machine on2 Press the P button to enter the menu3 Turn the selection knob until the light is
