runs are performed with test data. For these

runs, you provide a test system an up-to-date

copy of your productive system reserved exclu-

sively for tests. After each test changeover, the

customer and project team members check

whether the conditions dened in the blueprint

phase have been met. Before the productiverun can take place, the team must verify the test

results in detail, conrm that all changeover pre-

requisites are met, and secure an audit opinion.

When you are satised with the test results, the

productive run can start. As the transforma-

tion requires the productive environment to

be locked for all other activities, this part of the

project usually takes place over a weekend so

as to disrupt daily business as little as possible.

During the project, you are asked to provide a
