INTRODUCTION
Multimax Creations Sdn Bhd (868489-U) was incorporated in Malaysia on the 14th
day of August 2009. We have been in business for over 8 years, serving clients in
Malaysia.
Multimax Creations Sdn Bhd was established to undertake business related to
Building and Facilities Maintenance and Cleaning Services and also within its
associate companies provide Hardware design and Software development
services within the Information Technology business sphere.
Within the company, we have relevant Expertise and Engineers who are
competent in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering and also IT service
industries.
Multimax Creations Sdn Bhd in a teaming/collaboration with Jaya Puvana Cleaning
Services which has over 60 trained cleaners and over 20 years of cleaning services
experience in Malaysia.
In IT within the academic and business sphere, we mainly focus on building
management system including mobile application with web enable services. We
have vast experience in Ministry of Education projects in Malaysia, Singapore
and India.
We are able to provide end to end IT solution to businesses involved in
infrastructure works, building services, civil, mechanical and electrical projects.
We also provide complete management solutions to our cliental.
Our dedicated team is ever willing to do their best at any given task and exceed the

Hon. Dato' Sri Noor Muzammil is the Chairman of Multimax Creations Sdn Bhd. He is a professional holding a double degree in Mechanical & Production Engineering. He graduated from Kingston University, London, England. He has worked in British Gas PLC London, where he head and managed all aspects of Downstream Gas Distribution Networks, Head the Operations including Construction, Plant and Project Division.
Between 1990 to 1995 he was employed by ESSO Production (M) Inc.in Malaysia where he managed various Civil Engineering Projects on Esso's oil & gas platforms in the South China Sea. He was appointed as Malaysia's first Resident Engineering on Malaysia's largest Oil & Gas Production facility, the Seligi Alpha Production Complex and also the Resident Engineer for the Terengganu Crude Oil & Gas Terminal (TCOT) in Kerteh, Terengganu. He has over 20 years of Oil & Gas Downstream and Upstream experience at senior management level.
In early 1995, he was handpicked by the Chairman of DRB-HICOM Conglomerate (the late Tan Sri Yahya Bin Ahmad) to manage Special Projects for the Group. He was entrusted to initiate and implement a RM1.2Billion National Car Project in collaboration with PSA Citroen International. He was responsible for the set up of the automotive manufacturing plant in Pekan, Pahang and the marketing and distribution companies throughout Malaysia. With the demise of the Chairman of the DRB-HICOM Group in September 1997, he left DRB-HICOM Group to start his own business.
Hon. Dato' Sri Noor Muzammil has diversified interests and extensive experience in Corporate Malaysia. His field of expertise is in the Oil & Gas, Marine, Automotive Manufacturing, Infrastructure Development and Plantations.
Hon. Dato’ Sri never stops expanding his vision and developing interest in the fast moving world. His great passion, experiences and vast knowledge in several fields have made him a sought after company Chairman.
He is at present the South East Asia Investment Advisor to a London based Investment group Cavendish Capital llc. London.
He is also the Co-Chairman of World Coin Ltd, a company related to Gold Assets Investment and Trading based in Dubai, UAE.

Megat Muzaffar is a graduate of University of Notre Dame, Indiana, U.S.A 1992. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering. He is the General Manager of Multimax Creations Sdn Bhd and heads the Building Maintenance and Cleaning Services Division.
Megat Muzaffar has over 25 years experience in various companies in Malaysia and regionally.
He was a director of a CIDB G7 construction company where he actively participated in negotiations with government and private sector officials on various issues ranging from construction, procurement, regulatory and planning. His involvement in the construction sector lands him a senior management position as the Chief Operating Officer of an MCMC-Licensed “Network Facility Provider” company specializing in telco structure construction and leasing.
He was appointed as the Executive Vice President, Corporate Planning and Development of Destination Perak Sdn Bhd, entrusted to spearhead the setting up of the state subsidiary company. He was also a member of the Senior Management Committee and a permanent member of the BOD Committee.
He was the Manager of the Localization and Parts Development for DRB Automobile Division (Usahasama Proton-DRB).
His involvement with Petronas and its foray into international markets began as Petronas subsidiary first Regional Manager for Malaysian International Trading Corporation (MITCO), based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He was subsequently appointed as MITCO Malaysia representative on the Vietnam Petrochemical Masterplan team spearheaded by Petronas.

Name : Kleen Chem Purpose : Top Coat (Floor Polish)
Top Coat is a metal-crosslinked acrylic-styrene copolymer floor polish that dries
to a good gloss that's easy to maintain. Very hard wearing-able to withstand
heavy traffic, repeated detergent scrubbing and recoating without powdering,
dusting or yellowing. Top Coat is a metal cross-linked acrylic-styrene copolymer
floor polish which tops in value for money and usability. Its ‘dry bright' self-
polishing formula dries to a good gloss that's easy to maintain. Designed to be
very hard wearing. it can withstand heavy traffic, repeated detergent scrubbings
and recoating without powdering, dusting or yellowing. Exceptional resistance to
black marks and traffic makes this durable floor polish ideal for maintenance of
modern white and light coloured floors. Practically scuff-free, it may however be
cleaned and enhanced in gloss by occasional buffing. Top Coat can be used on all
kinds of floors, e.g. marble, granite, terrazzo, vinyl, vinyl-asbestos asphalt,
ceramic tile, rubber, linoleum, sealed wood, etc. The tough, completely
colourless dried film is excellent as a base for spray buffing maintenance
