5. Discharge our duties diligently, competently, fairly and with honesty and integrity.

6. Handle any money received in accordance with the relevant Anti Money Laundering guidelines.

7. Ensure that competency is well maintained and adequate training sessions are attended.

8. Respond to catastrophes and disasters in the timely, professional, practical and compassionate manner to cater to the Cancellation and Claim Assistance.

9. Ensure that we have an internal complaints and dispute handling process that meets the Code Complaints and Dispute process standards, Complaint Management Software.

10. Abide by the Insurance Authority’s issued Code of Conduct.
