During the luggage handover at the check-in counter as well as at the boarding gate, AHS staff provide passengers with curtious and effficent services to ensure a pleasant flying experience.

OperationsSafety is Our First Priority

Before an aircraft safely takes off from the runway, our specialists from AHS Operations have their handsfull.

Passengers, cargo, fuel, and other payloads must be weighed and loaded precisely in order to balance the aircraft and ensure the speed is correctly calcu-lated for take off.

Our employees have to sign off on each AHS handled flight with their name, thereby guarantee-ing that nothing stands in the way of a safe landing at their destination.

Whether traveling within Germany or internationally, our experts at the AHS ticket desk are always able to find a ticket at the best available rate. Providing expert advice as well as offering passengers indi-vidual attention are our staff’s main objectives.

By using airline reservation systems such as AMA-DEUS, the AHS ticket desk is able to book almost any commercial flight.

AITC HelpdeskCompetence is our Middle Name

AITC – These three letters stand for Aviation IT, Trai-ning and Consulting. To ensure the trademark high quality and reliability at all of our locations, we have set up a skill training center in Berlin.

Here a team of IT specialists oversees the entire AHS network and employees from locations throughout Germany take part in seminars and training courses in our modern and well-equiped facility.

The Altéa Competency Center (ACC) was initiated by AHS in collaboration with Amadeus to promote the Amadeus Products Altéa CM (Customer Ma-nagement), Altéa FM (Flight Management) and Altéa Reservati-on Desktop and to ensure a comprehensive tech-nical support.
