Introduction to Lencrow

Materials Handling Lencrow Materials Handling started in 1976 as a father son team operating

under the name Allforks Hire Pty Ltd. The fleet initially consisted of 8 Hyster

units that they used for fork and driver work. Since then they have pioneered

many aspects of the materials handling industry in Australia. Some of these

innovations include the use of tilt truck transporters for forklifts, all terrain

units and fork and driver services.

Lencrow remains a family owned and operated business to this day. With a

fleet of over hire 2500 units, 5 branches and a network of dealers Australia

wide, workshop facilities and service technicians in every location,

comprehensive spare parts departments and sales departments. Ross

Grassick, Managing Director, has had a clear vision for the company from

inception. His experience and knowledge of the industry has influenced the

growth of the business to what it has become today; Australias largest

independent forklift supplier.

We only supply trusted and reputable brands to keep your business productive with the best materials handling solutions.

Our Rentals division operates out of 4 states with 5branchesand our head

office is based atSilverwater in Sydney. The rental fleet consists of over 2500

units, which includes various brands, capacities and lifting capabilities. The

range starts from manual pedestrian equipment, small and large forklifts,

telehandlers and container handlers. Our range has you covered.

The range of units available include: pallet movers, reach trucks, stackers,

order pickers, forklifts available in all fuel types (LPG, Petrol, Diesel &

Electric)flameproof units, cold store units, all-terrain units, telehandlersand

container handlers. We offer both long and short term hire. As part of our

services we also have fork and driver services available upon request.

The rental fleet is controlled via a computer network, offering prompt reliable

service and up to the minute information on availability& locations.

Form Details Casual Hire These units are available for any period you require,

minimum one day to weeks or even months.

Long Term Fully Maintained

Six months to five years site assessment available

Fork & Driver Fork comes with fully licensed driver ideal for one off jobs. Minimum hire @ 1 hour.

Financial Lease Terms generally range from one to seven years, however longer terms on larger amounts may be available

Field Service Maintenance With approximately 35 fully trained Field Service Technicians at of our

branches, our service team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a response time of only 2 hours when required. They are factory trained mechanics to service all makes and models supported by Lencrow and other products on offer in the market.

To ensure smooth running, an internal Field Service Controller with an "on the road supervisor at each of our branches ensures both customers and field service technicians receive the support and service required.

Our In Van Technology (IVT) program ensures that our systems stay up to date with your services and updates our database instantly. This allows us to offer your business planned preventative maintenance services so you stay productive. This is state of the art equipment installed in all of our service vehicles.

Workshop Service

Equipment is picked up and delivered by our own tilt tray transporters, ensuring maximum care is taken at all times. We offer fill in units to cover downtime for all workshop repairs at reasonable rates. Our workshop staff are happy to discuss any repairs required and reasons why to give you the customer peace of mind. We are equipped with state of the art equipment in all of our workshops for on site repairs, preparation and servicing. This of course is teamed with our fully qualified and experienced mechanics.

Our spare parts departments are fully stocked in all of our locations with

the most commonly sourced products available at all times. We generally

can have the part delivered to your business with in 24 hours of the order

being placed.

If we dont have the item readily available we will source the part for you

and endeavor to have it to you with in 48 hours.

We offer delivery or pick up, whichever is most convenient to you and the

location of your business or unit.

Our team of spare parts interpreters are knowledgeable in nearly all

makes and models of equipment, whether it is new or late unit.

We stock both genuine and generic parts. We support nearly all brands of

forklifts.

Since November 2014 Lencrow successfully secured the retail operations of Powerlift Materials Handling to become the official supplier of Nissan by Unicarrier products on the East Coast of Australia.

EP Equipment is the #1 manufacturer of electrical materials handling equipment in China and only uses the highest quality components available and sourced from all around the world. Bomaq

Lencrow have added Bomaq as a supplier to the range of products because of

the versatile all terrain units they manufacturer. The units offer the same

compact design and turning circle as a normal forklift but have the rough

terrain capabilities of an all terrain unit. Lencrow currently import the 3000kg

capacity fork truck and soon will include the 5000kg version also.

If you are a new buyer in the market looking for a versatile forklift the Bomaq

range is well worth considering. We import this product from Spain.
