• Visitor registration would facilitate the authorized user to capture the visitor details.
• The visitor’s pass can be generated by capturing the visitor’s image through Web Cam.
• The captured image will be automatically loaded to the booking screen, the badge can
be viewed before printing.
• Once the booking is saved, the Pass No & Auto-ID will be generated for respective
visitor.
• Pre-Booking feature provides the authorized user to capture the visitor’s information
through mail, phone & fax.
• The pre-printed passes can be prepared in advance, handed over on visitor’s arrival.

While raising the work order, the system captures Work order details with its expiry
date.
The Contractor type visitor’s pass can be generated by capturing the visitor’s image
through Web Cam.
The image will be automatically loaded to the booking screen.
Contractor type visitor can Enter & Exit during pass validity period only.
The authorized user can close the work order of a contractor type visitor using close
work order form
