Common features:Technical description as for craftsman compres-sors (see Page 26), but additionally with:ÖwaDry 710 F/1010 FThe ÖwaDry processing system includes com-pressed air cold-drying, a filtration system and acondensate collection facility with oil/water separa-tion. The device thus fulfils all pre-requisites for theuse of high-quality compressed air and for conden-sate processing in accordance with § 7a of theGerman Water Resources Act.The cold drying contributes to a reduction in costswith automatic energy-saving and with FCKW-freerefrigerant. It retrieves the annoying condensatefrom the compressed air and thus prevents faults

in pneumatic controls and increases the quality ofthe work (e. g. while lacquering) and ensures a longlife cycle for the compressed air tools. Thefiltration system consists of a micro filter. Themicro filter liberates the compressed air fromparticles of up to 0.01 µm. The condensatecollection facility pools the condensate producedin the vessel, the cold dryer and the filter andpasses it on for processing. The integrated oil/water separator ensures fully-automatic separationof the dirty and oily compressed air condensate. Asa result, up to 99% of the separated condensate canbe collected as normal waste water. Only about1% remains as residual dirt and oil for wastedisposal. This results in enormous cost savings.

Depending on the desi-red result, you can integratethese devices individually or asa combination into your com-pressed air system.

Filters are used to preventimpurities from entering thecompressed air. Compressedair cold dryers supply dry air.Both contribute considerablyto improving the air quality - aconsiderable factor, for exam-ple for painting work.

Compressed air preparation - almost as important as the supply.


Condensate drains automati-cally drain oil-bearing and dirtycondensate. They are easy toinstall as well as hard-wearingand maintenance-free. In addi-tion, they monitor their ownwork - faults are indicatedimmediately.

Oil/water separators separateand clean the oil-bearing, diffi-cultly biodegradable compres-sed air condensate automati-cally and in an environmentallysuitable way. Afterwards, up to99% can be drained into thesewage water system. Thelegal conditions are thereforecompletely fulfilled.
