Conclusion: -

We finally design a three row scrolling notice board by using 64 leds in a row and 7 leds in a column. We use microcontroller concept, shift resistor, transistor array, and serial communication protocol in this project. We fulfill all the required ideas in this project. Finally designed a useful project for our college notice board purpose.
