my understanding, is nothing more than a contract offer. I hereby
conditionally accept your offer upon presentation of a bona fide
claim which I, a Man of the Republic, must adhere to. I believe
there is no such law exists, other than you alls' statutory law, to
which i am not under the jurisdiction of. Failure to provide the
former requests, will result in the dismissal, or exemption if you
will, to this offer of summons.
All concerned parties have three (3) days to respond, failure to
do so indicates full agreement and acceptance of this conditional
acceptance.
