Our stylish retreat located just one milefrom the A1 north of Grantham offerssome of the best conference facilities inthe East Midlands.

With three conference suites and additionalmeeting rooms we can cater for both largeand small groups accommodating up to 300delegates in theatre style, in the Allington Suitealone.

We have designed our conference packages tomeet the needs of the business market.However, we appreciate your requirementsmay be different to our standard packages andcan therefore design a package to suit yourneeds. To make life just that little bit simpler,our 8 and 24 hour delegate packs includeroom hire and standard equipment.

One of our conference co-ordinators willwork with you from your initial enquiry,through to your conference/meeting to ensureyour requirements are met and yourconference is a resounding success.

Choosing a conferencesuite or meeting room

Our conference suites and meeting roomsare individually designed with their owncharacter and charm.

Free wi-fi is included in the room hire anddelegate rates. In addition, all rooms have ascreen, flipchart and pens. Further specialistequipment is avaliable on request.

The Allington SuiteThe Allington Suite can accommodate up to300 delegates in theatre style. The suite is self-contained with a bar, kitchen, outside seatingand patio area and benefits from naturallighting. It is ideal for large banquets, seminarsand exhibitions.

The Newton SuiteSituated in the hub of the hotel, the NewtonSuite is ideal for private dining, conferencesand functions. Accommodating up to 150delegates in theatre style it can double up aseither a conference or breakout room.

The Barkston SuiteThis light and airy room can accommodate upto 90 delegates in theatre style and is adjacentto the Marston Suite which can be used as abreakout room.

The Marston and Hougham SuitesAlthough separate suites, the Hougham andMarston suites are linked with toilet facilities.These suites can each accommodate up to 15delegates comfortably and being self containedmakes them the ideal place to carry outbusiness undisturbed
