Project Schedule and Milestones for October 2015

Dear Valued Customer,

Greetings!

It is quite some time since we have not been in touch with you. Last month Cityscape Exhibition

was a huge success. We have generated inquiries in the Exhibition and manage to sold few

more flats.

Our event of Panel discussion on Affordable Housing, held during the 2nd day of the Cityscape

Exhibition, was a success and we got a very good response. We will be going ahead with the

Affordable Housing Pilot Project “Sunbeam Homes” very soon. The plans are under approval of

Dubai Industrial City and Dubai Municipality. We should be able to start its construction in the

first quarter of 2016.

Construction update

� 6th , 7th and 8th Floor Slab Completed

� 7th and 8th Floor Columns Completed

� MEP works for Sunshine Residences are on going in full swing

� Additional final touches in the sample flat are being carried out ( enclosed photos)

� DEWA Substation inspection is done and approved. This is an important activity and one of the

first steps in getting the power connection.

Later this month our Architect and Interior Designer of 30 years will visit Sunshine Residences to

furnish the sample flat.

As of now our project is on schedule for completion by December 2016. We might be able to finish

the roof slab by last week of December 2015 or 1st week of January 2016 after which our next

payment shall be due. Kindly consider this as an early intimation. Also by our next Bulletin we

may be able to give an exact date on which you can come and visit the sample flat.
