Mine visited Sometime in April, 1944 and again Jan. 9, and Sept. 7, 1945, by Messrs. Stone and Hernon. Also visited by Mr. Hernon about Sept. 27, 1945.
After examination in 1944 it was stated that "occurrence of enriched pods within the zone is too erratic and small to be mine profitably. Should be revisited." In 1945 Mr. Hernon said that after the 200 level is opened the property should be revisited to check ore and its districution o
Ad.endum by G. J. Duff, May 21, 1951: D'Autremont shipped a few hundred tons to Eagle-Picher's Sahuarita mill. Before he closed down I made a trip to the property and conditions on the lowest level indicated a marked decrease in the size of the vein and mineralization very weak. I would not recommend that anything further be done with this property.

DEPARTMENT OF NlINERA.J-J RESOURCES
TO ALL PRODUCERS OF COPPER, LEAD and ziNc IN ARIZONA:
This department and others are m~king stronuous efforts to bring about legislation which will help amelibr~te the restrictions and difficulties faced by the producers of copper, lead ffild zinc, and other strategic minerals.
To assist in those efforts it is ' advisable that we have an authentic survey of the results of the President '$ voto of the Allen Bill, and the rosults that would take place if a now bill, such as the Russell Bill, were passed by Congross. Tho Russell Bill irlcludos all strategic minorals.
While we have all learned to love questionnaires just as we love stomach ulcers, will you please give the answers in your best judgment to the following questions:
1. 1~at was your approximate production in pounds per month for the period preceding the President's veto of the Allen Bill?
(Copper ---.--.- Lbs.) (Lead Lbs.) (Zinc Lbs. ) ---------- ---------2. What h~s been yC>1.l;r average production per month since that
veto has affected your price?
(Copper _____ Lbs .) (Leao. ____ ._Lbs.) (Zinc ___ Lbs.)
3. Vlliat is your estimate of your production per month for the first few months of 1948 if prices l"omain as they are novv and no premiums are in effoct?
( Copper ____ Lbs • ) (LOad' " .\ I '\ L1:>s.) {~iJ:\,c~,.. Lbs. )
