Catterick Blokart Club
We have received funding from North Yorkshire Sport to set up our new Blokart
Satellite Club. This is an exciting new project that will see us working with young
people and adults in the area as we develop the club over the coming year.
The Blokart is the most popular single design Mini Land Yacht that is used
throughout Europe and the rest of the World, it is fast, safe and so much fun to sail.
Over the coming months we will be running several taster sessions in the area at
different venues depending on the weather and tide times. We may shorten sessions
to allow more to participate if take up is high.
Once established we will start to
run the club on a regular basis
throughout the year for adults
and young people.
Age: 8 yrs +
Dates: 08, 22 Oct & 05,19 Nov 16
Cost: £10 per person/per session

All instruction and appropriate equipment will be supplied including spray tops,
helmets and eye protection. Please send appropriate clothing for the weather
including a drink, lunch, sun hat/block, warm clothes and sturdy shoes each day.
We are also on the lookout for some parent volunteers to help us with general
duties at the sessions. Please let us know when booking if you are interested in
helping out.
