Flat racks and artificial tweendecksMaersk Sealand also has specialequipment for heavy cargo whichneeds special attention and does notfit into a standard container.

There are flat racks and artificialtweendecks with lengths of 20 and40, with fixed or collapsible end-

walls.

This equipment is suitable for top orside loading, and ideal for heavy machinery, pipes, etc.

Open-top containersMaersk Sealand has special equipmentfor over-sized cargo which does not fitinto a standard container.

There are open-top containers withlengths of both 20 and 40, withremovable roof bows, header and

tarpaulin covers. The cargo can easily be secured with lashing bars and bullrings.
