Harry has got a brand new skateboard. He is already a very good skater and Mortimer wants to become a good skater, too. He has borrowed Harry’s skateboard and also the helmet, it fi ts perfectly on his head. Morty proudly makes his fi rst attempts on a footpath. It works very well, so he tries out his fi rst hill. Suddenly a cat runs over the path directly in front of Morty.

Oh, oh, Morty has no idea how to stop the skateboard. With waving arms he tries to keep his balance but then he falls head over heels off the board. With a loud bang, he hits the ground very hard. The skateboard zooms down the hill.

Immediately Harry and Rachel hurry to him. Harry: Oh Morty, are you alright? Morty: Ouch, my shoulder and my arm!

And my cheek, I fell on my face! Rachel: Your lip is bleeding, and your knee, too.

Here, I’ve got some handkerchiefs. Morty: Thanks. Harry: Can you stand up?
